- Deposit Requirements:
1 to 2 days rental: 1 night deposit
3 to 7 days rental: 2 night deposit
8 or more days rental: 3 night deposit
- Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
- Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks or money order. BALANCE ON SPECIALS MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY.
- Deposits refundable less 25% if notified 2 weeks in advance of arrival. No refund on unused days or no shows - no exceptions.
- Deposits not transferable to future reservations.
- No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
- All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
- Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless otherwise notified.
- Rates listed apply only to advance reservations made prior to June 1.
- Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
- All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control
- This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
- Maximum occupancy rate July 6 to Labor Day. Rates Subject to NJ State Sales, Tourism Taxes. These rates do not apply to Groups, Conventions or Holidays. Rates subject to change unless secured by advance reservation.
- One parking space per unit, strictly enforced, regardless of unit type.
- No bicycles in rooms & No roller blading on premises.
- As a matter of public health, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a "SWIM DIAPER" in pool.
- Sorry, no pets.
- NO SMOKING IN ROOMS - STRICTLY ENFORCED!
