TERMS: All rates are discounted cash rates. A deposit of 2 days rental is required to confirm reservation. Deposit credited to first and last day of period reserve. All confirmed reservations will be held until 6 PM unless otherwise notified. Personal checks on deposit only. Balance due on arrival in cash or money order. If you care to use a credit card there is a 3.5% service charge on the balance due. BALANCE ON SPECIALS MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY. Deposits refundable less 25% if notified 3 weeks in advance of arrival. Changes to reservation require minimum 30 days notice and are subject to availability. No refund on unused days or no shows – no exceptions. Neither unused days nor deposits are transferable to another guest or time period. PLEASE NOTE: All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentation Voids Reservation. Maximum occupancy rate July 7 to Labor Day.
