Information you send us
Our contact, reservation-request, and guest-survey forms collect the information you enter so the resort can respond to your inquiry, help plan your stay, or review your feedback. Survey names and email addresses are optional.
How requests are handled
Submissions are saved in the website’s private administration area for authorized staff. Reservation requests and deposit authorizations send a notification containing the submission details to [email protected]. Form entries may include technical details such as the submitting IP address and browser information. A reservation request does not confirm a booking.
Payment information
Do not submit full payment card numbers through this website. The deposit authorization form requests a security code for a card already arranged with the resort. That code is included only in the initial notification email to the resort and is excluded from the saved form entry. Contact the resort directly if you prefer to provide authorization by phone.
Interactive maps, tours & videos
Google maps and tours and Vimeo videos load when you activate a player. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and apply their own privacy practices. Links labeled for Google, TripAdvisor, or the Wildwoods calendar take you to those services.
Technical information
The website uses form-security checks and short-lived submission limits to help prevent abuse. The hosting environment may keep access and error logs. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in.
